Terms and Conditions
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions,
Sirengolds Elite Companions will be known as the "Agency"
Please Note:
Our friendly staff are available 24/7 and will do their
best to fulfil any requests you may have.
BOOKINGS and AVAILABLILITY:
Most of the Agency's companions are available within
24 hours.
However it is best to call, or email us to make sure the
companion you would like to meet is available
for the time and day you would like to arrange a booking.
The exclusivity of established bookings takes precedence
over accepting new ones.
All bookings conclude no later than 23.59pm (midnight)
other than an overnight reservation.
Please take this into consideration when planning your
booking.
Please note:
All travel and accommodation expenses must be 1st class
and provided in addition to the companions fee.
To discuss your individual requirements,feel free to
email or call us on the telephone number above.
For Overseas bookings, the companions will require at
least 72 hours notice.
(Pre-booking a companion 7 days in advance is recommended)
Please note:
For Overseas bookings, a minimum 8 hour booking is required
for all the companions.
A 50% reservation fee and all 1st class air fares and
travel to and from the airport
and accommodation expenses are required 48 hours prior
to the booking day and time,
in addition to the companions fee.
RATES:
The companions rates do vary and the Agency's reservation
fee is included in all rates.
All the rates are highly competitive and fully inclusive.
With the exception of travelling expenses, there are
no hidden extras.
Please Note:
For "Incalls" and local area bookings, ( within
25 miles of the companions location ) a 25% reservation
fee is required to be paid to the Agency.
For "Outcalls" ( more than 25 miles from the
companions location ) a 50% reservation fee is required
to be paid to the Agency.
Information of how to pay the Agency's reservation fee
will be emailed to you once the booking has been confirmed
with the companion.
CANCELLATIONS:
1.If for what ever reason you wish to cancel an "Incall"
booking within 24 hours of the booking time, the Agency
will retain the reservation fee.
If you cancel the booking earlier than the 24 hour limit,
the Agency will retain 50% of the reservation fee, the
remainder will be refunded.
2.If for what ever reason you wish to cancel an "Outcall"
booking within 48 hours of the booking time, the Agency
will retain the reservation fee.
If you cancel the booking earlier than the 48 hour limit,
the Agency will retain 50% of the reservation fee, the
remainder will be refunded.
PAYMENT METHOD:
Cash is the only form of payment our elite companions
will accept for both incalls and outcalls.
The remaining 75% (Outstanding after the reservation
fee) is to be paid to the companion in cash on arrival to prevent awkward
moments later in your date.
Please remember that our companions are professionals
and as such, they appreciate timeliness - it's not nice
to keep a lady waiting!
Important: Any money paid to any of our elite companions
is understood to be for her time and companionship only.
Anything else that may occur is a matter of personal choice
between two or more consenting adults of legal age
and is not contracted for, nor is it requested to be.
